Drive systems for wall ventilation
For additional natural ventilation, façade ventilation is used in certain crops or climate conditions. By installing sliding or swing windows in the façades, greater ventilation rates can be achieved and a kind of chimney effect created. Vertical sliding windows, compared to hinged windows, can be more compactly built into the façade. They are also sometimes used in plant and nursery sectors in combination with internal transport systems for passing containers through. This allows these to be transported from the greenhouse area to the outdoor cultivation area and vice versa. To make this possible, we offer a wide range of reliable drives.
Drive systems for cabrio ventilation
For creating outdoor growing conditions or a protective greenhouse environment or everything in between, a cabrio greenhouse also known as a convertible greenhouse is the ideal solution. When closed, the cabrio greenhouse provides an ideal protective greenhouse environment after cutting or sowing the plant material. When the plant material grows further and needs to be hardened off at some point - to get used to outdoor conditions - the cabrio greenhouse ventilation is opened further. After hardening off, the cabrio ventilation can then be fully opened and the plants are fully outside. To protect the plants from frost, storms and rain in the meantime, the cabrio ventilation can be closed in time by the climate computer present. Depending on the cabrio ventilation system, the windward and leeward sides are operated simultaneously or independently. Drive systems for hoisting
To achieve the best yield result certain products require extra heating. In order to provide this heating as efficient as possible it is best if this heat is delivered where it is required. Using a heat tube makes this possible. Making use of our strong and reliable motor gearboxes this heat tube can be lifted to the preferred height or it can be lifted all the way in order to allow for certain activities. When the heat tube is combined with wire netting it can also be used to support the crop.
Drive systems for strawberry cultivation gutters
To achieve optimum utilisation of the cultivation area and optimal strawberry cultivation and working conditions during harvesting, movable cultivation gutters are the solution. For the desired growth and production, the cultivation gutters are hung at the ideal distance from each other. During harvesting, space is created between the growing gutters for the harvesting staff and harvesting trolleys. With the swing system, this is done by alternately lowering or tightening the pulling cables at half of the cultivation gutters towards the centrally positioned motor gearbox and winding shaft. In this system, the winding shaft runs in the direction of the gutter. With the high/low system, half of the cultivation gutters are alternately raised and the other half lowered with cables. When the cultivation gutters are hanging low, harvesting can take place at the optimum height. The high/low system is driven by worm gearboxes and high-speed geared motors that drive winding shafts mounted in a trellis direction.
