Article Information
The THG40 units is designed for horizontal screening applications for glass greenhouses and poly greenhouses. A GW or GWM motor gearbox and drive the rack boxes which then move the push or pull tubes again. The features of the THG40 units are:
- The THG40 UNIT has sintered bronze slide bearings and high-quality solid plastic guide rolls for the pinion and rack.
- The THG40 unit can optionally be supplied with counter rings.
- The input shaft of the gearcase can be connected to the 1“ or 5/4” drive tube by sleeve joint chain couplings and shaft locking clips.
- A mirrored side plate is optionally available for mounting with a special clamp set.
- The THG40 shaft fitted with long 2-sided shafts allowing use of 5/4" pre-fab shafts.
