Article Information
The THG30 gearcase is designed for various ventilation and screening purposes for light, medium to intensive use. The THG30 is mainly used to drive hatches, panels or systems. The THG30 unit has the following features:
- With plastic slide bearings or sintered bronze bearing shells, depending on the chosen version.
- The gearcase works in combination with plate racks attached to the windows, panels or screen.
- The gearcase is driven by a GW motor gearbox or a GWK worm gearbox, depending on the system. The pinion, suitable as standard for a 1” drive tube, is secured to the drive tube by two M8 x 12 setscrews. The setscrew tightening torque is 8 Nm.
- Clips are available for use with a ø32 mm tube.
- Adapter bushes are available for use with a 3/4” ø27 mm tube.
