De Gier Drive Systems can offer you the equipment to drive a high/low cultivation gutter hoisting system as used in the cultivation of strawberries.

How does it work? The cultivation gutters hang with brackets from steel cables mounted directly on the winding tubes. When tending to or harvesting the strawberries the gutters are lowered alternately to the low position. The system is driven by a series of coupled GWK DL type worm gearboxes which are in turn driven by a high speed GW motor gearbox.
