We would like to inform you that we shall collect and use the personal data you provide to us, as this allows us to conclude and implement a possible contract with you. This applies to both (potential) customers and parties we purchase products and/or services from.
If you are a (potential) customer, we shall use your data to send you a quote, to establish which specifications or requirements a particular product or service has to meet, to deliver products or services to you, to invoice you, and to communicate with you about the agreement's implementation aspects quickly and efficiently.
If you are a (potential) supplier or contractor, your personal data are also necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the agreement. In case of procurement, the personal data are necessary to let you know which specifications or requirements a particular product or service has to meet, to send you a request for quote, to place an order with you, to pay your invoices, and to communicate with you about other aspects of the agreement quickly and efficiently.
You are not obliged to give us your personal data. However, if you do not provide us with any data or with insufficient personal data, we may not be able to carry out the above activities.
We process your personal data for the following purposes:
We shall not process the personal data you provide for purposes other than those mentioned above, unless you have given us your prior consent to do so or we are required to do so by law.
We process your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide the personal data to us yourself. Please find below an overview of the personal data we process:
If you requested a quote from us but you have not yet become a customer with us, we shall delete your data within one year of our last contact. If we received a quote from you and we are not yet a customer of you, we shall also delete your personal data within one year of our last contact. If you have become a customer with us, we shall keep your personal data for seven years after the end of the financial year in which the agreement with you was completed.
The seven-year period corresponds to the period we are obliged to keep our records for the Tax and Customs Administration. We shall remove your personal data at the end of this period.
Whilst executing an agreement with you, we may have to provide your personal data to parties who supply parts, materials and products to us or who perform work on our behalf. We also use external server space to store (some of) our sales and purchasing administration, which includes your personal data.
Your personal data shall therefore be provided to our server space provider. We also use Microsoft Office and its storage options for emails and other files. We use a newsletter email service as well, so your personal data shall also be forwarded to the provider of this service.
