2019 was a good year for De Gier Drive Systems. It invested in new products and improved its production and assembly lines. Managing Director Rob Sandberg is satisfied: “We have seen tremendous growth in recent years. We are very proud of this. The investments we have made guarantee our future, in which we expect further growth. We are ready.”
Customer satisfaction survey
Sales & Marketing Director Wouter Heezen: “The results of this customer satisfaction survey give us the tools to improve service to our customers. Compared to our competitors, De Gier Drive Systems scored highest on several aspects, including marketing, delivery reliability, response time to questions, warranty periods and service life, customer focus and relationships of trust.
Above all, we are motivated to improve and develop our systems further. We are already working on several areas of improvement, such as online and offline product information.”
KUBO
A large number of customers participated in the survey. To increase the response rate, we offered the survey participants a chance to win an iPad. Martijn van Winden of KUBO was the winner. Martijn van Winden, Service Manager at KUBO, and Nathalie van den Ende visited De Gier Drive Systems to receive the iPad.
Of course we took this opportunity to give them a tour of the newly updated factory. Martijn: “It's fantastic to see how De Gier Drive Systems has evolved and that everything is produced in-house here.”
