Compact design
The De Gier GXP10 motor gearbox is especially designed for winding screens up and down. It can close openings from top to bottom, or in other words from purlin to purlin, in a purely linear motion. Only a straight guiding tube and an upper and lower mounting bracket are needed to ensure flawless operation. The very compact, double worm / worm gear transmission results in a powerful and sturdy self-braking drive.

De Gier has a wide range of coupling fittings that are compatible with the various commercially available winding tubes used in both single and dual systems.

The limit switch has limit and emergency contacts to enable precise adjustment of the range of motor travel.

Each GXP10 motor has a standard guide bracket that rolls over a straight 32 mm tube and goes up and down with the screen fabric when it is wound up or down. There are two specially designed mounting brackets at the top and bottom of the tube. Only three components and the system is ready to operate! We can also provide flexible cable guides and a plastic belt to carry the weight of the GXP10, so this weight does not have to be carried by the fabric. Pure simplicity, but 100% effective.
